Letters of Recommendation
Prof. Hartmann-Wendels gladly writes letters of recommendation for his students (e.g. as a part of applications for the master, studies abroad or scholarships). Students must have successfully taken part in at least one of the courses offered by the Department of Bank Management or must have written a paper or thesis with the department.
Furthermore the student must have specialized in Finance.
Naturally a letter of recommendation can only contain what the person who writes it knows about you.
If you wish to get a letter of recommendation, please provide our secretary with the following documents (Room 627B):
- A letter of motivation (in English, if an English letter of recommendation is needed) from which your request for a letter of recommendation can be determined
- The form for the letter of recommendation - filled with the data in the requested number
- A personal data sheet with a photo (in English, if an English letter of recommendation is needed)
- Certificates (especially Vordiplom, current transcript, Abitur, internships, stays abroad, extracurricular activities, etc.)
Please note that all the documents have to be at the Department of Bank Management at least 4 weeks before the letter of recommendation is needed!
